by: Steve Watkins In: culture, Ecuador, Latin America, TV, writing on: October 28, 2012

(Blogger‘s Note: Our friends, Gary and April Scarborough were recently featured on House Hunters International. The show chronicled their move from Atlanta to Cuenca to an ultimate destination of Puerto Cayo, Ecuador, where the Scarboroughs are now developing a beachfront home community called www.laspalmasecuador.com. For more information about this project email me at steve@ecuadorguidedtours.com or april@laspalmasecuador.com)

Finally! Thanks Steven for making that “feed” to the HHI clip available. Suggestion: As a promotional tool for Las Palmas why not make a Powerpoint presentation containing the progress at Las Palmas and showing the surrounding area; Puerto Cayo proper, fishermen and their catch, the beach area at Las Palmas, area attractions like the State park etc. All this set to South American music could be a good draw if put onto your blog as a fixed item for anyone who logs on. Just a thought.

    Cheers,

    George

I won’t be on the ground in Puerto Cayo officially until Dec. 21. Beginning in January, you’ll see some very original and effective promotional material on a frequent basis.
